Do you need a formal document witnessing? 

A Justice of the Peace (JP) is trained to act as an independent and objective witness to documents used for official or legal purposes and can assist you by:

• attesting the execution of a document
• witnessing a statutory declaration or
• witnessing an affidavit for use in court.

There is no charge for their services as JP's are volunteers.

JP's will now be available from the 18 January 2021 at the Balla Balla Community Centre
